Fees and Information

The costs are £50.00 per counselling session, assessment will be at a reduced price of £25.00. 

The costs are £40.00 per mindfulness session for individual bespoke adult or child packages. Group setting for adults - £150.00 per person for the five week course, minimum numbers are four. You can pay with Cash or BACS prior to the session.

Please contact me directly to discuss corporate mindfulness packages for adults and school mindfulness packages for children. Also, I am looking into providing group sessions on meditation, relaxation and mindfulness techniques for private and corporate businesses. These would be fully tailored to your requirements and last between 45 to 90 minutes per session over 5-8 weeks. Additionally, I am looking at providing further group sessions on different topics so if you are a company and/or if you are looking for a specific area that you think I can help you please do not hesitate to contact me. I have got a DBS check and liability insurance to teach mindfulness with adults and children.

Travelling via car - there is no on-site parking available, but there is off-street car parking nearby. In addition, there are other council car parks along the A4141 Warwick Road (off Knowle high street).

Travelling via bus - Bus routes 87 (Monday to Saturday) and 87a from Solihull to Coventry via Balsall Common (Monday to Friday) runs hourly. Bus route 88 and 88a from Solihull to Balsall Common via the Kenilworth Road runs hourly Monday to Saturday. Bus route 513 from Solihull to Norton Lindsay is once a day (noon) Monday to Friday and bus route 514 from Solihull to Hatton Green Flexibus is also once a day (2pm) Monday to Friday. Bus route A7 - South Solihull Circular runs everyday and frequently. The bus stop is outside the Toby Carvery establishment which is two buildings up from The Treatment Rooms. Then it is a three minute walk down the high street (the A4141). This information was updated June 2023.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment then please wherever possible give at least 24 hours notice. If the counselling session is cancelled or has been rearranged by you after this notice period then a fee of £15.00 is payable. If you cancel within four hours of the allocated session time, then the full fee is payable. Personal circumstances will be considered.

GDPR Policy

I value your privacy and appreciate you trust me to protect any information that I hold about you from any contact with me at Open Path Counselling. During assessment, we will discuss collaborately my GDPR Policy and I am happy to discuss any questions and queries you may have. 

You have got the right to access any information I hold about you by completing my data access request form (see form below). I will respond within thirty days from date received.
